Lazy Day

We were going to do something today since Craig has the day off in lieu of the Queen's birthday (which is a weird thing in itself since the Queen's actual birthday was a month ago) but we are staying home, flying kites and generally relaxing. Here are a couple of photos from the weekend.

Up on Leckhampton Hill
We went there with friends of ours, the Carlsons, who visited. They are stationed up north.

Wilton Castle
This is just over the bridge from Ross-on-Wye (Rhosan ar Wy in Welsh), a town about 30 minutes at the most west of us and near the Welsh border. It had a very nice riverfront park where we strolled and then relaxed with three lemonades, a pint, a cider slushie and crisps and then ice cream.

I caught Owen being pleasant.
